At BavonClo, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by us
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Damaged or defective items
- Same product in a different size (subject to availability)
If the item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Then contact us if the issue continues
